“Hard Gainer” Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

This smoothie packs in ALL the macros, to help those who have a hard time gaining mass! Pound one of these babies after your workout every day and you’ll get yoked in no time.

Ingredients:
2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein (I use Impact Chocolate Smooth Whey – if you go with a different brand your macros might change.)
16 oz Whole Milk (feel free to sub in a different option – just realize it will also shift the macros)
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
4 Ice Cubes

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
