The Protégé is a novice powerlifting program, designed for those who have been lifting for less than a year (or have never even touched a barbell before.) It’s a twelve week program designed to teach you the fundamentals of powerlifting in a safe, controlled manner, to build a foundation to move on to more advanced programs like The Invincible One. There is a full write up and video walkthrough, as well as video tutorials for all of the exercises featured in the program so you can stay safe while getting strong!
The program is designed to be infinitely repeatable, though after a run through or two (or three) you should be ready to graduate to one of our more advanced programs to continue making gains!
