The Invincible One is a classic powerbuilder style program – one designed to built both strength and physique simultaneously. The Invincible One is a twelve week RPE (rating of perceived exertion) based program that will drastically increase your strength, speed, and power, while triggering muscle growth to give yourself that classic, heroic physique.
Infinitely repeatable, The Invincible One finishes each twelve week cycle with a test of your strength across four foundational lifts: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Strict Press. That way you can easily track your progress as you go. With a week of recovery between cycles, you can run The Invincible One four times a year, allowing you to maximize your strength, speed, and physique gains with maximum efficiency through scientifically founded principles.
